Squared blocs are processed to make polyurethane sheets.
The sheets go through an automatic cutting, sanding and dusting line.
The minimal thickness of the boards is 10 mm, but we can deliver the product according to your
needs with a tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm.
The boards can be provided with grooves, this operation is done during the cutting process.
The standard size is 1,25 m x 2,5 m, all other lengths are available up to 4 m, but maximum with 1,25 m.
Boards are then piled up, packed and wrapped.
Packaging has been carefully studied to preserve the environment.
PUR and PIR sheets of blockfoam are used mainly in sandwich panels and refrigerated vehicles.
The high insulation value, different densities and fire behavior make the difference.
