SLV external grade is a factory premix spray applied passive fire protection material.
A blend of vermiculite and cement, with various additives which ensure a fast application to both steel and concrete.

SLV external is a hard durable material, tested to comply fully with all national and international testing
requirements, such as, freeze-thaw and salt-mist.

SLV external can be applied where high impact and damage can occur. SLV is tested for use in hydro-carbon
installations also tunnels and areas where wash down is required.

SLV external has successfully undergone extensive fire testing to ensure compliance with 
ENV, BS and ASTM testing.
