Sprayed Limpet Mineral Wool

Is a mixture based on mineral wool, cement and other an organic binders. The product is absolutely asbestos free and offers a certain fire-resistance (Rf) according to the applied thickness on a substrate or a carrying structure.

A) SLMW GP-GRADE

SLMW GP is a product for General Purposes. It is often used in underground parking garages and all kinds of other larger buildings. The product also offers certain acoustic properties and is very suitable for application in offices, hotels, apartment buildings and buildings open to the general public.

B) SLMW HT-GRADE

SLMW HT is a product specifically designed for application as a thermal barrier on turbines and in other “warm” environments up to a continuous temperature of 650°C.

Possible way of working:

Both products need to be applied in a wet state and on site. For the application you require a special spraying machine (like for instance a type “Iso Jet”). Application manual upon request.

Packaging:

  • Bales of + 12kgs in white PE-bags. 56 bags/pallet.
  • + 675kg per palet.
  • Pallets of 1200 x 1000 x 2000 mm.
  • Fumigated pallets at a surcharge upon request.
