Sprayed Limpet Vermiculite

SLV is a mixture based on exfoliated vermiculite, an-organic additives and Portland cement. It is a hard, tough and very stable fire protection for steel constructions, tunnels, concrete en petrochemical applications. The material is absolutely asbestos free.

A) SLV INTERNAL

Is designed for Internal applications. The preparation of the application surface has to be made according to the prescriptions in our application manual.
Technical properties and application thickness in our technical datasheets as well as our fire test certificates.
Packed in multiply paper bags of ± 25kg – 40 bags/palet.

B) SLV EXTERNAL

Is for all external applications, tunnels & petrochemical sites.
The preparation of the application surface has to be made according to the prescriptions in our application manual. Technical properties and application thickness in our technical datasheets as well as our fire test certificates
Packed in multiply paper bags of + 25kg – 40 bags/palet.

Possible way of working:

Both products need to mixed with water before application.
Limpet SLV is usually applied with a specially designed spraying machine, for instance type Putzmeister.
