SLV Internal

SLV Internal is a cementitious vermiculite-based spray mortar specifically designed for passive fire protection of interior structures in steel and concrete. With an attractive volume weight and outstanding performance of thickness versus fire resistance, SLV Internal is perfectly suited for interior applications in both new construction and renovations.

Standardisation

SLV Internal is a non-combustible product, class A1. It has been subjected to extensive fire tests and meets the requirements of the following standards:

  • EN (Europese Standard)

  • BS (British Standard)


Product features

SLV Internal is a light and durable low density product. It guarantees a long service life. It is applied quickly and efficiently in the first phase of a construction project and requires little or no maintenance afterwards. SLV Internal can be finished with a fire-safe top coating that is available in various colours.

Composition

SLV Internal, composed largely from Belgian raw materials, consists of exfoliated vermiculite, a durable expanded mineral that acts as a thermal barrier, combined with optimised cement binders, mineral fillers and additives.



Production

SLV Internal is a premixed, sprayable mortar produced at our state-of-the-art and fully automated production plant in Blandain under the strict quality standards of ISO 9001 certification.


Certifications

NESTAAN can present the ETA certificate for SLV Internal, with permission for CE marking by ITEC.
