To provide our customers with the best service, we offer custom moulded parts made from polyurethane foam. PUR foam, or polyurethane foam, is a versatile material that can be used in various application areas. NESTAAN offers limited 2D and 3D mouldings (upon request).

Our solutions

PUR foam, or polyurethane foam, with a Lambda value of 0.026 W/mK, is one of the best insulating materials available on the market and ensures optimal thermal and acoustic insulation.

In addition to PUR foam, NESTAAN also supplies PIR foam, a rigid foam that offers excellent insulation performance, even at low thickness. With a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, the Lambda value of PIR insulation is the lowest of all insulation materials.

NESTAAN offers many options and solutions in rigid polyurethane foam, including blocks, sheets, and moulded parts of all kinds. NESTAAN's high-quality rigid foam is available in different densities.
