Foam sheets and blocks

PUR foam, or polyurethane foam, with its excellent Lambda value, is one of the best insulating materials available on the market and ensures optimal thermal insulation. To provide our customers with the best service, we offer custom polyurethane foam blocks and sheets.

Fire standards

NESTAAN offers different fire resistance standards for different markets: PUR, PIRI, PIR, and PIR M1. The most suitable fire standard for our product is PIR M1.

Density

The density varies between 32 and 160 kg/m³, depending on the components used.

Available dimensions and finishes

The maximum length of PU blocks is 4 m, and the standard width is 1.25 m. The blocks are also available at 1 m and upon request in all intermediate sizes.

The standard size of PU sheets is 2.5 m by 1.25 m. However, we also offer other dimensions with a maximum length of 4 m and a maximum width of 1.25 m.

Polyurethane foam sheets are cut from edged blocks. The minimum thickness is 10 mm, increasing by millimetres, with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm.

The sheets go through an automated line for sawing, sanding, and dusting. During sawing, we can equip the boards with bonding grooves. The boards are then stacked and packaged in an environmentally friendly manner.

NESTAAN's polyurethane foam sheets and blocks are easy to work with.

Composition

The basic components of block polyurethane foam are polyol and isocyanate. The foam is 100% free of CFCs, HCFCs, and HFAs.

Production

Raw blocks are produced continuously. After curing, they can be edged if necessary.
