SLV Internal - LOW GWP

SLV Internal - LOW GWP is a vermiculite cement-based sprayed mortar that provides passive fire protection for interior steel and concrete structures.

By reducing global warming potential (GWP) by 69%, SLV Internal - LOW GWP is an environmentally friendly alternative with an extremely low CO₂ impact.

Applications

SLV Internal - LOW GWP is used in the building industry during construction, renovation or improvement:

Standardisation

SLV Internal - LOW GWP guarantees a completely non-combustible product, class A1, in accordance with European standards.

SLV Internal - LOW GWP is the first environmentally friendly passive fire protection mortar to obtain fire resistance certification for concrete and steel from leading international fire protection laboratories such as UL and ApPlus.

Product features

SLV Internal - LOW GWP is an environmentally friendly and sustainable product with low density and a long service life. It can be applied quickly and requires virtually no maintenance. In addition, it can be coated with a fire-retardant top coat available in several colours.

Composition

SLV Internal - LOW GWP is a revolution in ecological research and development. Composed largely of Belgian raw materials, it consists of exfoliated vermiculite, a sustainable expanded mineral that acts as a thermal barrier, combined with mineral fillers, additives and a high-tech cementitious binder.

SLV Internal - LOW GWP is the first and so far the only certified fire protection mortar based on ecological cement, generating a PRP reduction of over 69%.

Production

SLV Internal - LOW GWP is a Belgian product manufactured in our state-of-the-art, fully automated production facility in Blandain, in accordance with the strict quality standards of ISO 9001 certification.
